The service commitment and guarantees provided by the firm are unique in the executive search consulting profession because we guarantee our results - in writing - with every assignment we undertake.

We take performance and the trust the client has placed in the firm most seriously. We are the only major, listed retained executive search consulting firm that states in writing that if a client is dissatisfied with the quality of the service provided during the first seventy (70) days of our relationship - from the date the confirmation letter is signed by the client - we will refund every dollar of professional fee paid to that date. This has never happened. However, this allows for a focus on performance and exceeding client expectations.

We also guarantee the candidate for twelve (12) months. If the final candidate leaves the organization for any reason (with the exception of death or elimination of position) during the first year of employment, the firm will source a qualified replacement at no professional fee charge. (Expenses associated with the search will be charged.)
